Obituary of Maria Antonia Antidormi

Antidormi, Maria- January 1, 1929 - February 9, 2021

It is with broken hearts we announce the passing of a beautiful lady, Maria on February 9 2021 in Niagara on the Lake. Devoted wife of the Late Domenic (1993), cherished Mother to Wanda Continenza (Guerrino), Tony (Lori) and Dario (Anna). Devoted Nonna to Jason (Alicia), Diana (Walter), Christopher (Casey), Matthew (Karen), Stephen (Savanna), Kristina (Dana), Mark (Angela), Ethan and Abigail. Predeceased by her grandson Zachary (1997) Loving Big Nonna to Simona, Daniella, Elliot, Aaron, Robert, Ruby, Charlotte, Felix, Caleb, Winston, Zyra and one more on the way.

Maria immigrated from Italy to Canada on August 16, 1956. Once she arrived, she worked very hard with her husband by her side to provide for her family. Her passions were cooking (especially gnocchi) for her family and friends. She also loved to garden and clean. Her house was immaculate. She wil be missed by family, friends (especaily Loretta) and many nieces and nephews. The family wishes to send out a special thank you to the staff at Niagara Long Term Care in Niagara on the Lake. In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate donations to the Alzheimers Society. Arrangements have been entrusted to the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL HOME 585 Carlton Street, St. Catharines.
