Obituary of Elizabeth Berry McCallion

Elizabeth McCallion (nee McIntosh) April 7 1932 - 2021

It is with heavy hearts we announce the passing of Elizabeth on February 2, 2021 at the NHS Welland Site in her 89th year. Cherished wife to the Late Daniel McCallion (1981) for 28 years. Beloved mother to Margaret Hughes (Dirk). Devoted grandmother to Danny (Trudi) and Katherine (Andrew).

In her youth, Elizabeth enjoyed singing many hymns with the church choir. She was born in Scotland and immigrated to Canada in 1954 with her husband. Here in Canada she started a new journey working as a retail associate and building her family. Family was everything to Elizabeth. As per Elizabeths wishes, cremation has taken place. A private family funeral service will be held in her memory. Arrangements have been entrusted to the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL HOME 585 Carlton Street St. Catharines, ON. In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate donations to the Walker Family Cancer Centre.
