Grandma, I have so many wonderful memories of time spent together. I remember as a child spending time at your house, sleep overs in my dad’s old room, walks to the corner store for penny candy and playing with the neighbourhood kids and lots of card games when we spent the day with you. As I grew up, you were always there. You were at all life’s important events and there wasn’t a celebration you didn’t come to. I loved my visits back home to St Catharines each week to see the family and I knew on Sundays you would always be at my parents. You loved my kids and enjoyed watching them play. When I got sick with cancer, you prayed for me and loved me even more. When my dad passed away, you shared your memories of the time you spent with him right before he passed and it gave me comfort. I take comfort in knowing that you are with him in heaven. I know on Earth, you relied on him so much. I know dad would have been there to welcome you and show you around up there. I love you so much grandma. Thank you for the love and the wonderful memories. Until we meet again.

To the Finora Family
I was deeply saddened to read of your mother/mother-in-law's passing. She was a strong woman, especially during these last months. May you take comfort in knowing that your family is in my prayers.
Sincerely,
Jayne Evans

Grandma,
Although distance has kept us apart since I moved away you’ve always been close in my thoughts and in my heart. I looked forward to our conversations and seeing you on FaceTime and I’m so glad I got to come home in October to see you one last time. I have so many great memories of our time together when I was a kid. I especially loved hanging out just me and you playing rummy together for hours. You always had so much love for me and made me feel special. I miss you greatly and will love you forever! Rest peacefully with the Lord Grandma.

Dear Lois, I thank you for raising your son to be the man of my dreams. I miss our daily phone calls, our little drives exploring the treasures of Niagara, our mid-week luncheons and greenhouse visits. Most of all, I will miss our weekly Sunday meals and our strolls in the garden. Rest in peace my dear mother-in-law, I will miss you. Monique

Lois, I have known you for forty-seven years but in the last fifteen years, we have been together a lot. I enjoyed our mid-week adventures, our conversations on the backyard deck and our weekly Sunday family dinners. Rest assured that you are greatly missed. Therese Lavigne.
