Obituary of Martha Elizabeth Schulter

Martha Elizabeth Schulter (nee Rumsey)

August 15, 1961 - December 26, 2020.

After a courageous 12-year battle with cancer Martha has moved on to a peaceful place. Martha will be deeply missed by her husband, of 24 years, John. Beloved daughter of Ron and Tiennie Rumsey. Cherished sister to Carolyn (Kevin), Ronnie (Heather), and Kenny (Sue). She will be fondly remembered by her many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends, who she loved very much. A special thank you to Dr. Brian Kerley at Hospice Niagara and to Martha’s long-time nurse and friend Sharleen at St. Elizabeth Health Care. Arrangements have been entrusted to GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL CHAPEL, 585 Carlton St., St. Catharines. As per Martha’s wishes cremation has taken place. Her family will have a private memorial service at the funeral home. A celebration of life will take place at a later date, when it is safe to do so. Donations to Hospice Niagara are greatly appreciated.
