Obituary of Bob Blanchard
James “Bob” Robert Blanchard 1946 – 2020
Passed away peacefully, at the age of 74, at his home on December 9, 2020 surrounded by family. Beloved husband of 52 years to Fran. Loving father to Kevin (Cassie) and Carol (Rusty). Bob was a truck driver for many years and was a great friend to other drivers old and new. He will be deeply missed by his friends, neighbors and all who knew him. Donation to the Canadian Kidney Foundation would be appreciated by his family. Arrangements have been entrusted to GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL CHAPEL, 585 Carlton St. St. Catharines. Bob’s family are having a private memorial service. The service will be livestreamed for those unable to attend the memorial.
As per the Province of Ontario Covid-19 regulations - visitation is limited to 30% building capacity. Funeral attendance is limited to 65 guests. All guests attending the visitation or funeral must bring a mask.
