MONTGOMERY, Marian "Mary Ann"

It is with heavy hearts the family of Marian Montgomery announces her passing on October 24, 2020 in her 91st year at St.Catharines General Hospital. Marian was the loving sister of Carol, Joan and Gerri, and mother of her sons Doug, Lee, and daughter Susan, and was blessed with grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Marian was born in the St. Joseph Hospital in Hamilton, Ontario, on August 29, 1929 and over her lifetime she had the opportunity to live in Deland, FL, the Okanogan, BC, and in Niagara, ON. Amongst some of her interests she loved baseball and never missed watching a Toronto Blue Jays game on television, she enjoyed reading books, listening to the news and followed politics (both Canadian and U.S.) closely. Marian loved her family, and she enjoyed telling stories of her life and would even joke that she should have written a book about her life. Marian will be greatly missed, but always remembered. In accordance with Marian's wishes, cremation has taken place and there is no service.
