Obituary of Roy Donald Sisson

Roy Donald Sisson “Farmer” 

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Roy “Farmer” Sisson, who passed away on Sunday, September 13th at the age of 92. Farmer will be lovingly remembered and missed by all of his friends and family at Mainstream.  

Farmer loved spending his days outside smoking his corn cob pipe soaking in the sunshine. He had a passion for horses, being at the farm, trains, tractors, old western movies, listening to his records, cutting up his magazines, telling jokes, cuddling his puppy dog and singing in the shower! 

He will be remembered for his infectious laugh, his dry sense of humour, and his love for animals. 

Visitation will be held at the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL HOME, 585 Carlton St., St. Catharines on Friday, September 18 from 1-3 p.m. Interment will follow at Victoria Lawn Cemetery. If desired, memorial donations may be made to Mainstream.
