Obituary of Luigino Minicucci

Luigino Minicucci   1935 - 2020

Passed away peacefully at Linhaven Nursing Home on Friday August 21, 2020 at the age of 84.  Loving husband of 62 years to his wife and best friend Maria. Together they had three wonderful children, Carmel, Rino, John (Tammy). Cherished Nonno to his six grandchildren, Anthony (Tracey), Cristina (Diogo), Alyssa, Christopher (Bridget), Jennifer (Jordan), Nicholas (Courtney) and also two great grandchildren, Sophia and Leonardo. Luigino will be deeply missed by his brother, Federico (Annette) who are back in Italy. Arrangements have been entrusted to GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL HOME, 585 Carlton St. St. Catharines. Visitation is private for family only. A funeral mass will be held at St. Alfred Roman Catholic Church on Saturday August 22, 2020 at 11:00 am followed by entombment at Pleasantview Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers Luigino’s family would appreciate donations to the Alzheimer's Society of Canada and to the Canadian Heart and Stroke Foundation.

As per the Province of Ontario Covid-19 regulations - funeral attendance is limited to 30% building capacity. Cemetery attendance is limited to 50 guests. All guests attending the funeral must bring a mask.
