Born and raised in Merritton. He worked maintenance for the St. Catharines Public Library and The RAFT for many years. Anyone who knew Charlie knew who to call for a helping hand. A life long Montreal Canadiens fan; he also shared his love of car racing with his children and grandchildren. We were all very surprised when Charlie left us, he was never one to cut a story short. A special thank you to the nurses (Ashley, Sandra and Rachel) and doctors at ICU at the St. Catharines General Hospital for listening to his stories and giving him love and care.
