Obituary of James Clifford Toms

TOMS, James “Jim” Clifford –

It is with deep sorrow we announce the passing of Jim Toms on April 7, 2020. Husband of the late Katharine for 53 years, father to Mark and Wendy. Predeceased by both parents, Elizabeth (1963) and Clifford (1964) as well as his sister Dianne Ruggiero. Jim was an avid Scout Master for many years and was a master of all trade. Jim loved weeding his gardens, planting flowers and taking care of his lawn. At Jim's request, there will be no visitation and cremation has taken place. There will be a private family inurnment in Victoria Lawn Cemetery. If desired, memorial donations to a charity of choice would be appreciated by his family.
