Rzadkowski, Graziette "Grace" (nee Caravaggio)

 

Passed away peacefully in her sleep on Wednesday November 6th, 2019 in her 97th year. Beloved wife of the Late Anthony. Loving mother to Danny and Jenny (Mark) Gardner. Dear Grandmother to Jedd and Jesse. Will be sadly missed. If you wish you can donate to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or you can bring in a flower piece in honour of Grace's love for flowers.
