Obituary of Roger Henry Bailey

BAILEY, Roger - Passed away on Tuesday, October 15th, 2019 at the St. Catharines Hospital at the age of 92. Beloved husband of Elizabeth for over 50 years. Cherished father of Derek Bailey (Renee) and Catherine (Ashley) Sanders. Loving Grandpa and Papa of 9 grandchildren.  He is survived by his sister Anne Middlemiss of England.  Brother in law of Penny Johnson (Mike) and Veronica Cluett (Jack). He will be sadly missed by his many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Roger was a Scouter for the 22nd and 57th Scout Group. He was a determined man who had tremendous courage, fortitude and a strong love for his family. Cremation has taken place. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL HOME, (905) 937-4444. A Celebration of Roger's Life will take place at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the March of Dimes or a Charity of Choice would be appreciated by the family.
