Obituary of Antonio Marrone

MARRONE, Antonio - Passed away on Friday, October 4th, 2019 at the age of 88. Beloved husband of Elfina for 64 years. Cherished father of Julie, Lina (Jim) and Jimi. Loving Tatone of Janelle (Cameron) and Steven(Jolene).Great Tatone of Grayson and Sienna. He is survived by his brother Peter.Predeceased by his siblings Fiore, Ettore, Teresa and Maria. Antonio was a founding member of Club Roma. He was an enthusiastic farmer and wine maker. Antonio was a proud Ship builder at Port Weller Dry Docks for over 40 years. He will be sadly missed by all of his family and friends. The family will receive visitors at the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL HOME, 585 Carlton Street, St. Catharines on Monday ,October 7th from 2-4p.m. & 6-8p.m. A Funeral Service will take place on Tuesday, October 8th at 10:30a.m. in the funeral home chapel. Entombment at Victoria Lawn Cemetery to follow. Memorial donations to Hotel Dieu-Shaver Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
