                                                                                                                             PREDOVICH, MARJORIE (nee Jelenic)

‘It is as easy to be kind as it is to be nasty,  “ and these words were shared often,  by a completely unselfish woman. It was her life philosophy, lived every single day. Marjorie had a smile that lit up St. Catharines. She always put others first throughout her entire long life .Marjorie journeyed to Canada from Yugoslavia (Croatia) when she was sixteen. She and her husband who predeceased her, worked extremely hard to provide for their family. Marjorie lived to smother her three children with her tender loving “ mother ways ,”  as she did their spouses, her six grandchildren,  her “grand children in - laws”  and her four great grandchildren.

She had a very special spot in her heart for her two brothers and their families. She always spoke so kindly about her brother -in - laws and their families,  and her sister in -law and her family. Her nieces, nephews and cousin and family, meant a tremendous amount to Marjorie. Friends were so deeply enjoyed and valued.

Everything Marjorie completed, was done precisely and impeccably. She was blessed with a tremendous talent for sewing and creating clothes, embroidery, knitting, cooking, and gardening.

Marjorie was so deeply admired and appreciated for her simple loving, gentle, and incredibly compassionate ways. She was always so grateful for her incredible health, and all that she enjoyed each and everyday.

She will be honoured and celebrated, with a private family gathering.

Marjorie emphasized daily to “ Be good to one another, and always be thankful.”
