Fortunately our parents immigrated to Canada ending up in Sudbury where she went back to school to become an RNA. This took her on the path to purchase Tufford Nursing Home in 1963 where she worked well into her 70s and operated a Home for Special Care in St. David's. She had a dedication and passion to help others and set high standards not only for herself but her staff as well. It was important to her that people were treated well. Cottage memories on Paudash Lake, good food, family and friends. A special thank you to all the staff at Tufford  Manor and especially Michelle Kynl-Kelly, your kindness and generosity will not be forgotten.
