My condolences to Joe's family.
As a friend of his son, Shawn, I got to know Joe over many years and that time allowed me to gain a tremendous respect for him. His kindness, good humour and unfailing optimism has marked me and made me a far better person for having known him.
Thank you, Joe.

I am sorry for the lost of this really nice gentleman, I only knew him for about 3 CRHA meetings and he was always talking to the members and says hi to me. Its a shocker to see such a wonderful person taken from us. My sincere condolences to the family and friends of Joe. And my thoughts and prayers are with everyone. RIP MR BARLOW
