Our condolences to all the Hoculik family. We have such goof memories of Johnny fishing off the dock at Victoria Island.
Cooking up goodies for all on the BBQ.
Vince remembers John at the BBQ when the Port Boys had a get together.
In memory of John as an important figure in Port Dalhousie we are making a donation to Port Dalhousie Beautification.
RIP John.

On behalf of the entire Dalton family, we were so sorry to hear about dear John's passing. My brother Steve and his family were next door neighbors to John, Ardene, Nathan and Leith and they raised their children together. John was a dear friend and neighbour for 40 or more years. He was a kind and truly gentle man, often shy but always ready with a silly joke to make us laugh! Our memories of Christmas' in Port Dalhousie, Mom playing the piano and John singing along, dancing with Mom and plenty of laughter filling both houses will remain with us. John was deeply devoted to his family but always had room for friends and neighbours. There was no one who could come close to those fabulous BBQ's - he was the best! Nothing was too difficult for John to do if it meant lending a helping hand to anyone who needed it. He was truly one of a kind and we will miss him dearly but will never forget him. Love and sympathy are extended to his family from our family. We'll see you all as we gather together to honour and commemorate John's Celebration of Life on May 5th.

My deepest condolences to the entire Hoculik family.
So many memories of Johnnie growing up neighbours in Port Dalhousie. All the fun pool parties....skating rink in ardean and johns backyard. I just said to my parents I remember going almost every weekend to white oaks with Nathan and Johnnie. Nathan and I would run around while John played squash. You will be missed xoxo

Very sad to here of Johnny’s passing. Growing up in the same neighborhood, going to the same elementary school, playing lacrosse with all three of Johnny, Billy and Jimmy was a huge and unforgettable part of my life. I’m sure my life was transformed in my growing years with all of the Hoculik boys. I will forever be grateful for knowing Johnny. Our lives are forever molded in memories especially as we get older...Thanks, for our times together!
