Obituary of Adrienne Sawyer Setter

Setter, Adrienne,

On Monday February 25 2019, Adrienne peacefully left us to be welcomed into the arms of Jesus while sleeping in her favorite recliner at Woodlands of Sunset, Welland. Daughter, wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and dear friend, she touched all of our lives. Adrienne’s nearly 92 years of life was exemplified by her unwavering faith and her love for her family. Cremation has taken place. Her family invites friends to attend a Celebration of Life service on Saturday March 2 2019,  12 noon at George Darte Funeral Home, 585 Carlton Street, St. Catharines  (905-937-4444). Heartfelt gratitude to the staff of Tufford Nursing Home, St. Catharines and more recently Woodlands of Sunset for their gentle care. Adrienne, while you will be dearly missed, we can only imagine “the awe” of heaven you are now experiencing in the Lord’s presence. Donations to the Multiple Sclerosis Society would be appreciated by the family.
