Obituary of Jennie Ann Jurus
Jurus Jennie, Nee: Bodurka.
Passed away peacefully at Welland County Hospital, on February 24th 2019, with her family by her side. Pre-deceased by husband Stephen, she leaves behind her children Christine (Dave) Coholan, Kathy (Rick) Cymba, Michael (Erica); grandchildren Matthew (Hailey), Jennifer (Brian), Sarah (Jolene), Stephen, Aaron (Karen) Coholan, and Kevin Coholan. Great-grandchildren Allyson, Maygan, Joey, Liane, and Ryan. Also survived by her sister Cecilia Pawlik, niece Lucia and nephew Janek, and brother-in-law Andrew Kempner. Lovingly remembered by brother-in-law Edward (Irene) Jurus, nephews Jon (Janice), Jerry (Joanne), Joseph (Cairine), niece Jacqueline (Marc), and 11 great-nieces and -nephews. Pre-deceased by her sister Alexandra Kempner, parents Helen & John Bodurka, niece Carla,and brother-in-law John Pawlik.
At Jennie’s wishes a private family service has taken place. If so desired donations to The Heart & Stroke Foundation, or the Multiple Sclerosis Society would be appreciated by the family.
