Friday, February 8, 2019I had the pleasure of meeting Joy at a watercolour class that we signed up for as complete novices. We had so much fun and laughs in that class that we remained friends after. I was privileged to sit beside her when the famous yellow raincoat picture was painted and also the birds nest - both beautiful but I think the yellow raincoats caught everyone's eye. I believe she even painted another one for her brother because he loved it so much. It was sometimes too long between visits but when we did get together it was like we were never apart. I always felt uplifted after a visit with her and we always found something to laugh about. I will remember that always - rest in peace Joy, knowing you are missed so much.

Wednesday, February 6, 2019I had the privilege of knowing and working with Joy at Ridley College. She held the position as nurse in the Upper School Infirmary , while I worked in the Lower School infirmary. She was always glad to take on duty for me , as well I shared the same when we wanted a night out. We had many lovely chats and sharing of our responsibilities in the infirmaries. I am so sorry to hear of her loss. God bless her.
