Passed away peacefully after a short battle with cancer on Wednesday, January 23, 2019 at the age of 56. Loving wife of Duane Singer for 25 years. Devoted mom to Danial Singer. Beloved daughter to Jackie and the late Gary Carr. Cherished sister to Jamie (Tracy) Carr, and sister-in-law to Lance (Karen) Singer and Lynda (Jim) Vanderzalm. Dear Aunt to Sean, Ryan (Isabel), Liam, Steven, Brett, Lianna, Mackenzie and Brayden. Sheila-Ann worked at Pinders for over 20 years. She was very active in St. Catharines Athletics Lacrosse. She will be remembered for her love of family and for always being her son Danial's biggest fan. The family wishes to express their heartfelt gratitude to the staff at Hospice Niagara. In keeping with Sheila-Ann's wishes, cremation has taken place. Family and friends will be received at the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL HOME, 585 Carlton St., St. Catharines on Saturday, January 26 from 3-5 and 7-9 p.m. A Celebration of Sheila-Ann's life will be held on Sunday, January 27 at 10:30 a.m. in the funeral home ceremony room. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Hospice Niagara.
