Obituary of Mary Ann Jane Keller

KELLER, Mary Ann Jane – Passed peacefully in the arms of her goddaughter on December 31, 2018, at St. Catharines Hospital at the age of 84. She maintained her elegance and continued to live by her famous life moto – One Day at a Time - right to her last moments.  A mother figure to many, a believer, cancer and heart attack survivor, a fiercely independent woman, a card shark, a family historian, a pioneer, an advocate for mental health, a cat lover, a friend to every one of the millions of lives she touched.  Maryann will be laid to rest with her beloved late husband Fred Keller the day before their 51st wedding anniversary.  They shared a love and bond that is timeless. Maryann will be deeply missed by all who loved her. Cremation has taken place. Funeral will be held at St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church, 316 Queenston St. St. Catharines, on Friday, January 11th at 11 am. Burial will follow at Victoria Lawn Cemetery.
