It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Bernie on Tuesday, December 11, 2018 at the age of 59. He leaves behind his daughter Katie (Daniel), granddaughter Journee, brothers Paul (Karen) and Mike (Lorna) and many other extended family members. Predeceased by his parents, and his brothers Dan and Patrick. He will be sorely missed.  In accordance with Bernie’s wishes, cremation has taken place. Visitation will be held at the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL HOME, 585 Carlton St., St. Catharines on Friday, December 21, 2018 from 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the SPCA or the Lincoln County Humane Society.
