Obituary of Ann MacCulloch

MacCulloch, Ann Gloria (nee Prowten)

Passed peacefully on Sunday October 14, 2018 in her 79th year. Ann is survived by her husband Leonard "Len" of 59 years. Ann will be missed by her devoted sons John (Bev) and Bryan (Debbie), grandchildren Ryan (Krista), Carley (Ben), Lauren, Devan and great-grandchildren Luca and Remington. Ann is predeceased by her four siblings.

Family and friends are welcomed to the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL HOME, 585 Carlton St., St. Catharines for visitation on Thursday October 18, 2018 from 6:00-8:00 p.m. and on Friday October 19, 2018 from 10:00-12:00 p.m., followed by a Celebration of Ann's Life at 12:00 p.m. In keeping with Ann's wishes, cremation has taken place.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Niagara Health Foundation.

Family would like to thank all of the health care professionals who have provided exceptional care to Ann over the years, specifically the ICU staff at the NHS - Welland Site in Ann's final days.
