Do not stand and weep for me at my grave, I am not there....
On the morning of September 20, 2018 we lost our beautiful wife, mother, nana, great nana, sister in law, aunt, and friend - has joined many loved ones in paradise. She fought a great battle and showed amazing strength and courage throughout this past year. She leaves behind her ever loving devoted husband Gerry, her children Bruce (Elizabeth), Susan, Brian (Suzanne), Janice (Chris) Slota. Grandchildren and great grandchildren, Nicole, Brad (Kristen), Kassandra, Lukasz, Reilly, Emily, Benjamin, Jacob, Thomas and Sarah. Thank you to the amazing staff at Hospice Niagara - your care and compassion made her last days bearable.... nurse Debra, for taking such good care of Pat during her illness, NHS oncology and the staff at CCAC. Visitation will take place at the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL HOME, 585 Carlton St., St. Catharines, on Sunday, September 23, 2018 from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. with Vigil Prayers being held at 3:45p.m. Funeral Liturgy will be held at St. Mary of the Assumption Church, 169 St. Paul Crt., St. Catharines on Monday, September 24, 2018 at 11a.m. Cremation will follow and a private family Inurnment will take place at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Hospice Niagara or to St. Mary of the Assumption Church.
