March 16, 1994 – May 16, 2018
It is with heavy hearts that we announce Zachary (Zach) Hammond, age 24, passed peacefully on Wednesday, May 16, 2018. Zach is survived by his soul mate Emily Augustus, loving parents Jason (Jamie) Hammond and Amber (Larry) Wenckstern and siblings Faith, Madison and Connor. He will be missed by his grandparents Deborah & Rick Macdonald and Cindy & Mike Reay along with his aunts, uncles and cousins. Zach will be greatly missed by Seven X and many other friends. Zach is predeceased by grandparents Gert & Barb Wenckstern and Step-Grandpa Rick Brenneman. A heartfelt thanks are extended to Dr. Hollidge and the nursing staff at Niagara Health System for their compassion and care during Zach’s stay. Family and friends will be welcomed at the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL HOME, 585 Carlton St., on Friday, May 25th, from 10:00am-12:00pm followed by his Celebration of Life at noon. Reception will follow and is TBA.
