Obituary of James Mantini
MANTINI, James Albert
With heavy hearts we announce the passing of James Albert Mantini on April 19th, 2018 at the St. Catharines Hospital in his 97th year. James worked at Thompson Products for 24 years before retiring and enjoying the game of golf. He leaves behind his wife Florence (nee Cecchi), children Jim (Kathy), David (Joanne), Linda (Barry), Bev (Rick), Justine, Anne and Terry. His extended family Rosemary, John (Sue), Karen (Ian), Susan (Jim), Dave (Oriana) and Kellie (Dave). Also survived by his brother Ron (Gladys). Predeceased by his late wife Anne, and children Tom and Dianne. James was loved by too many grandchildren and great-grandchildren to mention.
We will always carry your memory in our hearts. In accordance with James’ wishes, cremation has taken place.
Family, friends and guests will be received at the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL HOME, 585 Carlton St., St. Catharines on Saturday, May 5th, 2018 from 11am-1pm, followed by a Celebration of Life in the funeral home ceremony room at 1:00pm.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to Wellspring Niagara or Hospice Niagara would be kindly appreciated by James’ family.
