Koski, Sophie Evelyn (nee Hys)

Passed away peacefully, surrounded by her family, on Friday, April 13, 2018 at the NHS – St. Catharines Site in her 93rd year. Beloved wife of the late Henry (2011) for more than 63 years. Loving Mother of Les (Jan), Ray (Donna), Gary (Cathy), and Matt (Lori). Cherished Grandma of Stacey, David, Jason, Shelley, Jessica, Michael and Vanessa and Great Grandma “GG” of Taylor, Paige, Jordan, Megan, Julia, Alex, Owen, Ella, Nathan, Jeremy, Lily and Percy.

A special thank you to the staff at Pioneer Eldercare, nurse Jodi, Dr. Chung and Dr. St. Amand from the NHS for all their care and compassion. Arrangements are entrusted with the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL HOME, (905)-937-4444. In keeping with her wishes cremation has taken place and a private inurnment will follow. If so desired memorial donation can be made to the Lincoln County Humane Society.
