Obituary of Alice Craig

It is with heavy hearts that we announce that our mother has passed and is now reunited with her husband Gordon, her 5 sisters and her mother and father.  Beloved mother of Candy Hillier (Ed McCarthy), Peter (Barbara) Craig, Trisha (Larry) Caughlin, Alice Anne Hart, and Anthony (Carrie) Craig. Loving Grandma to 12 grandchildren and GG to 15 great-grandchildren.  She is survived by her sister Elizabeth “Lily”. A “favourite“ aunt to countless nieces and nephews. Alice was a long standing member of St. Mary of the Assumption Church and a lifetime resident of The Western Hill.

Friends and family will be welcomed at the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL HOME, 585 Carlton St., on Monday, March 26, 2018 from 2-4pm and 7-9pm. Vigil prayers will be recited 3:45pm at the funeral home. Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Tuesday, March 27, 2018 at St. Mary of the Assumption Church at 11:30am. Memorial donations made to St. Vincent de Paul or Sick Kids Hospital would be appreciated by the family.
