BRACISZEWICZ, Helen

 

Passed away peacefully with her family by her side on Wednesday, March 21, 2018 at Albright Manor at the age of 90. Beloved wife of the late Zygmont (1994). Cherished Mother to Stanley (Linda), Robert, Rose (Rick) and Helen (Tony). Beloved Grandmother of David, Ricky, Kevin, Jennifer (Yanick), Zacharius, Christopher (Lisa), Ryan (Cassidy) and Paul (Allison) and Great Grandmother “Babci” to Nicholas, Weston, Pierson, Nova and Madison. Survived by her brother Cass (Nina) Sobieraj.

 

A special thank you to all the staff on the 3rd floor at Albright Manor for their outstanding care and compassion for our Mother.

 

Family, friends and guests are welcome to the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL HOME, 585 Carlton St., St. Catharines, on Sunday, March 25, 2018 for visitation from 2-3:30 p.m. with Rosary to follow at 3:45 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. A Funeral Service will be held Monday, March 26, 2018 (on her late husband’s birthday) at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church, 5 Oblate St., St. Catharines, at 10 a.m. A Rite of Committal will follow Mass at Victoria Lawn Cemetery, Queenston St. Memorial donations may be made to Albright Manor (Beamsville) or to a charity of one’s choice.
