I apologize for the lateness of this, but I have just learned of "Auntie" Irene's passing. She & Ed had been long time friends of my maternal grandparents. Then, when I got married, I learned that she was the sister-in-law to one of my husband's uncles. Through I had not seen "Auntie" Irene since prior to her moving away from Thunder Bay, I have fond memories of her!
I am so sorry for her loss! She was a lovely lady, who I'm sure will be missed by many!
