NEIL, Phyllis Rae (nee Hutley)

Passed peacefully surrounded by her family in her 91st year on Sunday, February 11, 2018 at the St. Catharines General Hospital. Predeceased by her husband John. Phyllis will be sadly missed by her daughter Melody, son Michael (Mary) and Andre. Loving grandmother to Vanessa (Frank), Christopher (Krystal), Derrell, Cheyenne (Ken), Cierra and great grandmother to Olivia, Ryleigh and Rowyn. Phyllis will also be missed dearly by her many nieces, nephews and friends of the family. A lover of the outdoors, Phyllis could often be found at her cottage up north or down south in Florida, where she developed a passion for painting. When she wasn't vacationing, she could be found supporting her favorite Toronto sports teams.

Family, friends and guests are welcomed to the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL HOME, 585 Carlton St., St. Catharines on Wednesday, February 14, 2018 from 2-4pm & 6:30-9pm with a Ceremony of Life on Thursday, February 15, 2018 at 11am in the funeral home ceremony room. If desired, memorial donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
