Obituary of Gerald Sawyer

Passed away peacefully on Wednesday, February 7, 2018 at the St. Catharines General Hospital at the age of 80. He leaves behind his loving wife of 26 years Perla, step son Jerry (Cathy) Salisi, granddaughter Jerilynn Salisi and his brother and sister-in-law Joseph and Janet Sawyer. He also leaves behind brothers-in-law and sister-in-law Ben Zon, Fernandez and Linda Angelo and their families. Gerry will be dearly missed by many friends.

The family would like to thank all the Staff at Westpark Nursing Home for all their care and compassion during his years there.

Visitation will take place at the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL HOME, 585 Carlton St., St. Catharines, on Friday, February 9, 2018 from 7-9 p.m. Cremation will follow. Memorial donations can be made towards the cost of Gerry’s funeral.
