IULIANI, Filomeno

Passed away peacefully, surrounded by his loving family, on Tuesday, January 30, 2018 in his 90th year. Beloved husband of 62 years to Giuseppina (nee Foschini). Loving father of Filippo and Paul (Glenda). Cherished Nonno of Filippo, Lauren, Antonio, Kristian and Abbigail. Dear brother of the late Antonio (the late Filomena), Mario (Lina), Maria (the late Alfonso), the late Cristina and brother-in-law to Renato (Teresa), the late Giovanni (the late Maria), the late Lina (Pietro), the late Teresina (the late Luigi) and the late Benita (the late Lorenzo). Filomeno will also be fondly remembered by many nieces and nephews.

Filomeno worked as a custodian for the St. Catharines General Hospital for over 25 years. He was a longtime member of Club Roma. He enjoyed gardening, watching soccer and spending time with his grandchildren. Filomeno will be remembered for his devotion to family.

Family and friends will be received at the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL HOME, 585 Carlton St., St. Catharines on Thursday, February 1 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Vigil prayers will be recited in the funeral home on Thursday at 8 p.m. A Funeral service will be celebrated on Friday, February 2 at 11:30 a.m. in the funeral home chapel. Entombment to follow at Victoria Lawn Cemetery. If desired, memorial donations may be made to Parkinson Canada.
