Passed away peacefully on January 25, 2018 at the age of 93. Cherished husband of Helene of 62 years. Beloved brother to Lily Bakous (the late Sam). He will be missed by many brother and sister in laws as well as nieces and nephews.

In keeping with George’s wishes cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be held at GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL HOME, 585 Carlton St., on Friday, February 2, 2018 at 11am. Interment to follow at Victoria Lawn Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations made to a charity of choice would be appreciated by the family.
