It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved mother in her 94th year. Predeceased by her husband Colin and cherished great-grandson Nathan. Betty leaves behind her sons Michael (Carol), Raymond (Nancy) and daughters Wendy Dumas (Robert) and Diane Urquhart (Don). Betty had a unique, insurmountable bond with her grandchildren Kathryn, Jennifer, Deanna, Jason, Sadie, Jedediah, Jake, Ashley and Whitney; great-grandchildren Christopher, Steven, Allan, Stella, Riley, Austin, Evangelyn and Brooklyn; great-great grandchildren Emma and Leland. Betty leaves a piece of her heart in England along with many nieces and nephews who treasured their time with her when she visited. Betty will forever be remembered as an amazing woman; a treasure to all of those lucky enough to know her. Friends and family are welcomed to the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL HOME, 585 Carlton St., St. Catharines on Monday, January 22, 2018 from 1:30-4:00pm to celebrate the life of a remarkable woman.
