We are sad to announce the passing of Andrzej on Wednesday, January 10, 2018 at the age of 101. Loving uncle to Ignacy and Dorota Zurad. Great-uncle to Claudia and Alexander Zurad and Amelia Malinowski and her family. He will be greatly missed by family and friends here, in Poland and abroad.

Family and friends will be welcomed at the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL HOME, 585 Carlton St., on Friday, January 12, 2018 from 2-4pm. Vigil prayers will be recited on Friday at 3pm at the funeral home. Funeral Liturgy will be celebrated on Saturday, January 13, 2018 at 10am at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church, 5 Oblate St. 

Memorial donations made to Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church would be appreciated by the family.
