After a short battle with Cancer, Victor passed away peacefully at the St. Catharines General Hospital on Thursday, September 7, 2017 at the age of 75. Victor was a long time employee at General Motors. Beloved husband of Diane. Awesome Daddy to Cari (Jason) and Jason James. Predeceased by his first wife Sharron (2000). He will be dearly missed by his stepchildren Shane and Laura Maryniak and grandchildren Christian, Shania, Russell and Darcey. Visitation will take place at the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL HOME, 585 Carlton St., on Monday, September 11, 2017 from 5-9 p.m. A Celebration of Victor’s Life will take place in the funeral home ceremony room on Tuesday, September 12, 2017 at 11 a.m. A reception will follow. Cremation to follow the service. Memorial donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or to the Lung Association.
