FRIEND, David Frank

Surrounded by all of his family, Dave passed away peacefully on Tuesday, August 1, 2017 at the age of 77. Beloved husband of 57 years to Hilary. Loving father of Shelley (Dan) Cooper, Steven (Wendy), Shaun (Yvonne) and Kim (Bart) Burrows. Dear granddad of Jill, Shane, Alex, Rachel, Hayley and Braeden. Cherished brother of Barbara and Bernard. Dave will also be sadly missed by many friends in Canada and England. He was a wonderful man who loved fishing, woodworking and helping his family. Dave will be remembered for his love of family and friends. Cremation has taken place and arrangements are entrusted to the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL HOME, 585 Carlton St., St. Catharines. A Celebration of Dave's life will be held at the Dalhousie Yacht Club, 74 Lighthouse Rd., St. Catharines on Saturday, August 5 from 2-6 p.m. All are welcome. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Make a Wish Foundation.
