Obituary of Patricia D. Poljanowski

POLJANOWSKI, Patricia D. Passed away peacefully, surrounded by her loving family in her home on Monday, April 17, 2017. Beloved wife of the late H. Richard (2009). Loving mother of Philip (Kori Davis), Michael (Angela), David and James (Bobbie). Proud and devoted Nana of Courtnee, Meghan, Amber, Keira, Owen, Dylan, Kristina, Alivia, Callen, Malcolm, Abigail and Sarah. Dear sister of Donna (Dick), Mike (Stella), Diane (Brian), and Deirdre (Barry). Predeceased by her siblings Bob and Pam. Patricia will also be fondly remembered by many nieces and nephews. In keeping with her wishes, cremation has taken place. A celebration of Patricia's life will be held at the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL CHAPEL, 585 Carlton St., St. Catharines on Friday, April 21 at 11 a.m. An inurnment will follow the service at Victoria Lawn Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to CCAC.
