We didn't have the pleasure of meeting Lisa but we felt like we knew her. Paddy and Steve and Kenzie always spoke of Lisa, her loving and kind spirit and her contagious sense of humor. Lisa was a bright light whose light will continue to shine in the memories her family and friends hold dear. Heaven has another angel.

I was very saddened to learn of Lisa's passing. My heartfelt condolences to all who had the privilege of knowing Lisa, loving her and most importantly having been loved by her. I just spent an hour on the phone with her sister Paddy laughing and crying, reminiscing and remembering some great stories; how caring Lisa was, always offering a hug, how generous and kind.
Though her time here was far too short, she touched so many hearts and will be remembered fondly with love.
Blessed be.

I am deeply saddened by the somewhat sudden loss of such a wonderful woman, sister and friend. Because of the undying love, support and compassion of her loving sister Paddy (her husband Steven and her children Paul and Kenzie) Lisa was given an opportunity to experience the "outside world" where she could spend quality time with the people who cared for her and loved her deeply. Paddy sent Lisa and her devoted caregiver Tanya on various outings which included going to the salon, getting her nails done, the movies, a trip to the casino and hotel stay, dinner out and arts and crafts, just to a name a few. She also looked forward to her shopping sprees at the mall and of course, relaxing with a Timmy's when done. The greatest surprise for Lisa, (of which I was honored to be a part of) was a weekend away last Fall in Windsor where we enjoyed a fun-filled weekend of sightseeing, dining and laughing! I will cherish the time I spent with Lisa when I made a surprise visit to her Home to deliver gifts and cheer at Christmas last year, as well as the other times that I saw her. I am sorry I didn't get to see her one last before she was sent off to Heaven to watch over the family and friends that loved her so much. She was a bright light in Paddy's life and will be missed dearly. Thank you for the fun memories Lisa and may you enjoy all the coke, Twinkies and ice cream that Heaven has to offer. Tracy a.k.a. Pookey xoxo
