We lived atr 1 Barton street back in 1993 and knew Jim as a neighbour He was such a nice friendly guy and we moved to north St Catharines. Once every while he would drive by our street in the Cogeco van and honk, wave and say hello. Never changed, always nice Our condolences to his family and sorry for your loss, may you hold the fun memories he created a father and friend.

In the short time I knew Jim (Jimmy, Max) he made me feel very welcomed at my new job. He greeted me with an exasperated "uhhh..." He made me laugh each and every time I saw him through his quick and sarcastic wit. I never knew I could be so hurtful.
Long story short, I'm really gonna miss Jim, and his hilarious approach to work and life.
Rest in Peace, buddy.
"Later Dude."

So sorry to hear about Max. He was a very good friend. We worked, played ball and laughed together. I welcomed the random calls from him with bulletins on what was going on at the Cable company. He had a great sense of humour and was just a nice guy. I'll miss him.

I was so shocked and saddened to hear of Max's sudden passing. We had know each other for years at M-H, Rogers, and Cogeco. His sense of humor was always something that we could all rely on to lighten the mood in a room.
He was someone who was always there...........he will be deeply missed by all of us that knew him.
My deepest and heartfelt condolences to his family

I was so saddened to hear of Max's sudden passing. If Max would have written a book on "How to be a Cable Tech, Max's way" everyone in the cable industry would have read it!
His sense of humour and approach to life will truly be missed. I will certainly miss Max, but a smile comes to my face when I think of the many laughs we shared both at and away from work.
To think it all started way back in the MH days.
Rest in peace my friend!

There isn't enough words to describe Max, he made everyone smile at Cogeco with his jokes and his humor, he has a HUGE heart of gold--I will never forget how he would leave tons of candy and gum in my mailbox for my kids just because he was working in Welland... Cogeco - Niagara will NEVER be the same !!
RIP Max, I miss you already, you will forever live in my heart !!

We were very saddened by the news of Jim's sudden passing. The world will not be same without his sense of humour in it. We spent many years on the baseball diamonds with Jim both at home & away at tournaments. I know we'll reflect fondly on those happy days. Please accept our sincere condolences & remember that as long as we have fond memories, he will never truly be gone.
Love Lynn & Rich
