Obituary of Antonio Mongelluzzo

Mongelluzzo, Antonio - With a strong will and fight with his health, on Monday January 23rd at the age of 76, Antonio passed away peacefully at the St. Catharines General Hospital. Beloved husband to Maria for 48 years. Loving father of Amato (Kris), Angela (Greg) McNaughton, Mike and Liana (Dan) Sweitzer. Cherished and loved Nonno to Marissa, Adam, Kaitlyn, Trevor, Matthew, Michael, Sarah and Lucas. Antonio will be sadly missed by his devoted sisters Carmela, Giovanna, Angela, and Raffaela and other loving family members and friends. The family wish to extend a special thanks Dr. Harlock, Dr. Durant and nurses on 5A floor. Mr. Mongelluzzo is resting at George Darte Funeral Home, 585 Carlton with visitation on Wednesday January 25th 2-4 and 7-9pm. Funeral liturgy will be celebrated at St. Alfred's Church, 272 Vine Street, on Thursday January 26th at 11am. Rite of committal at Victoria Lawn Cemetery. If so desired, donations to Heart & Stroke foundation or Alzheimer's society would be appreciated by family.
