Obituary of Edmund Appel

Appel, Edmund Passed peacefully on January 15, 2017 at The Meadows of Dorchester in his 86th year. Now reunited with his beloved wife Muriel, dear father of Beth and Jim Wilsher, Linda and Larry Lachance, and Mark and Tammy. Loving Papa of Sherry, Todd, Erin, Brandon, Brian, Chantel and Greatpapa of 5 and Great-Greatpapa of 1. Also survived by his sisters Elfrieda and Edith and brother Ecki. He will be dearly missed by his fishing and bowling friends. A special thank you to the staff at The Meadows of Dorchester for their compassionate care. Family and friends will be welcomed at the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL CHAPEL, 585 Carlton St., on Wednesday, January 18, 2017 from 2-4pm and 7-9pm. Cremation has taken place. A Memorial Service will be held on January 19, 2017 at 11:30am at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations made to a charity of choice would be appreciated by the family.
