Obituary of Hertha Bergman

BERGMAN, Hertha (nee Bogusat) Passed away on Thursday, December 29, 2016 with her family by her side at the age of 92. Beloved Wife of Otto for 70 years. Cherished Mom to Linda Healey, Brian, Marilyn (Gerry) Cornwell. Nanny to Robin (Michelle) Healey and Great Nanny to Dash. Hertha was the loving daughter of the late Otto and Emma Bogusat. Hertha was a long standing member of Christ Lutheran Church. She was a Sunday School superintendent and was active in the Mary Martha Womens League. She loved her work at Brock Real Estate with John Friesen. In retirement, she was an avid bridge player and was tough to beat. Visitation will take place at the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL CHAPEL, 585 Carlton St., on Thursday, January 5, 2017 from 2-4 p.m. A Funeral Service will be held on Monday, January 9, 2017 at 11 a.m. at Christ Lutheran Church, 140 Russell Ave. A private family Burial will take place. Memorial donations can be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or the United Mennonite Home.
