Obituary of Margaret Van Lierop

VAN LIEROP, Margaret (nee Boers): May 22, 1936 – December 27, 2016 - It is with deep sadness that we announce the sudden passing of our mother, sister, and Oma. She is survived by her brother Joe Boers, sister Susan Korten, daughter Suzanna Kuipery, son-in-law Robert, and three grandchildren, Emily, Adrian and Rachael. Predeceased by her husband, Bastiaan Van Lierop, and brothers, John and Andrew. Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 29 at GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL CHAPEL, 585 Carlton Street, St. Catharines from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Service will be held at Covenant Christian Reformed Church, 278 Parnell Road, St. Catharines on Friday, December 30th at 11 a.m. Burial at Pleasantview Memorial Gardens to follow. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Margaret’s name to Beacon Christian School.
