ISKRA, Pawel It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Pawel Iskra on Tuesday, November 29, 2016 at Ina Grafton Gage Village. Pawel will be missed by his Wife Barbara, Daughter Anne (Michael) Lavoy, Son Edward (Susan), Grandson Sean Lavoy, Granddaughter Heather (Lindsay) Schram and Great granddaughters Pascal and Sydney. Pawel was a member of Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church and Choir and Royal Canadian Polish Legion Branch #418. Pawel's family will receive guests at the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL CHAPEL, 585 Carlton St., on Sunday, December 4, 2016 from 1-3 p.m. Vigil Prayers will be held in the funeral home on Sunday at 1:30 p.m. A Funeral Liturgy will be held at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church, 5 Oblate St., on Monday, December 5, 2016 at 11 a.m. followed by a Rite of Committal at Victoria Lawn Cemetery, Queenston Street. Memorial donations may be made to Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church.
