Obituary of Norma Mary Lawrenson
LAWRENSON, Norma (nee Arsenault)
It is with great sadness that after a long courageous battle with cancer, we announce the passing of Norma Lawrenson on Sunday, November 20th at the Heidehof Home for the Aged at the age of 70.
Norma was predeceased by her husband Jim, son Craig, sisters Janet and Valda and brother Ernie.
She leaves behind her children Jimmy (Lori), Mark and Jason (Erin), and her much loved grandchildren Jacob, Jessica, Shannelle and Nicholas. She will be forever missed by her many nieces, nephews, family members, and friends that loved her, especially her cousin Irene.
She was born on March 28th, 1946 and she lived her whole life in Port Dalhousie.
Norma's family will receive visitors at the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL CHAPEL, 585 Carlton Street on Wednesday, November 23rd from 6-8pm. There will be a graveside service at St. John's Anglican Cemetery, Main Street, Port Dalhousie on Thursday, November 24th at 11am. Everyone is welcome to meet the family at the cemetery for the service.
If desired, memorial donations to the Lincoln County Humane Society or Help a Child Smile would be appreciated by the family.
