Obituary of Case Van Ham

Van Ham, Case It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Case Van Ham on October 5, 2016 at the St. Catharines General Hospital at the age of 64. Loving partner of Cyndy Burnham. Devoted father of Josh, Jason, Kimberly, Eric (Holly), Shelby and Bonnie. He will be missed by his 8 grandchildren, 1 great grandson and his siblings Matt, Bill, Nancy, John, Hilda and Ralph. Predeceased by his son Kristopher and his parents. Friends will be welcomed at the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL CHAPEL, 585 Carlton St., on Wednesday October 12, 2016 at 2-4 pm. A celebration of life will follow at the funeral home at 4:00 pm. Memorial donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
