Obituary of Bob Young

YOUNG, Robert (Bob) Feb. 24, 1933 - Sept. 14, 2016 Passed away peacefully with family by his side at Hospice Niagara. Loving husband and best friend of Jill Goebel. Cherished father of Alan (Claudette), Mark (Pamela) and Carol Ann Sheehan (Gordon). Proud grandfather of Cory, Jessie (Brad), Dale, Robert, Khotso, Bo, Sarah (Stuart), Emma, Ally (Paul) and Jacob. Also survived by his brothers Larry (the late Betty) and David (Shirley), his father-in-law Al, his brothers-in-law Keith, Dane (Lin) and his sister-in-law Faye. Cremation has taken place and arrangements are entrusted to the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL CHAPEL, 585 Carlton St., St. Catharines. A memorial service will be held on Sunday, September 25 at 1 p.m. at Mountainview United Church, 150 Glendale Ave., St. Catharines. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Mountainview United Church, Hospice Niagara or Wellspring Niagara.
